Our Client is an international engineering company operating in the petrochemical / chemical field. The company is planning to employ suitable persons to its branch businesses in Poland.
Main responsibilites:
- selecting appropriate instrumentation for use in applications,
- preparation costs of instrumentation and control systems,
- applying instrumentation to new process applications including process streams,
- designing or supervising the design of process control and instrumentation systems,
- considering alternative measurement and control methodologies for novel processes,
- providing support to others performing execution, commissioning and handover,
- ensuring project closeout meets the required standards,
- supporting and developing local instrument standards,
- prepare datasheets / specifications for various Instruments like- Transmitters, Control valves, Relief valves, Gas chromatographs, Analysers, Control systems, Fire and Gas systems etc.
- develop Basic & Detailed Design of Field Instrumentation,
- develop and prepare Control Room layout drawings, Instrument Interconnection drawings, Instrument Loop drawings, Cause and Effect diagrams, Fire and Gas layout, Logic diagrams, Functional block diagrams etc.
- available to work with INTOOLS and 3D PDS Model,
- review the vendor drawings/ documents for various Instruments, interfaces with Vendors,
- work on various sizing calculation software for orifice plates, control valves, safety valves etc.
- interact with other engineering disciplines, identify the inputs required by them and accordingly provide the same.
