position: Design Engineer in aircraft industry

responsibilities: working as a part of team, designing components and will interface directly with stress engineers, component manufactures, undertaking support work for in-service aircraft (eg. repair schemes and concessions)

salary: 17,00 gbp / hour

lenght of contract: 6-12 months

accommodation: provided by employer, paid by employee 60 gbp / week

3 years of experience as an user of 2D & 3D CAD systems (Unigraphics NX5 preferred), understand modern manufacturing processes, experience of machine design, dynamic sealing, fine tolerance & high surface finishes is required.
It is essential candidates have Ungraphics 3D Design experience within Mechanical Hydraulics environment & have good English (written and verbal).
Direct aerospace experience would be beneficial, but applications from people with relevant experience from other industry segments (eg hydraulics, automotive, rail, specialist machine builders etc.) will be considered.
