For out Client, international company providing innovative cashless payment solutions, we are currently looking for a candidates for a position of 1st Line IT Support with English or English and German.
Your new role:
The person on 1st Line IT Support position will be responsible for providing customer support for internal Client internationally, in terms of all electronic and technical questions and problems in working environment via email, phone or ticket system (based on BMC Remedy).
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of previous experience on a similar position, preferably gained in international, corporate environment. As this is an international role we are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers (German language would be an asset).
