Currently we are looking for people, who would like to be a part of an IT Helpdesk Support teamin a fast growing, multinational company based in Kraków.

Primary responsibilities include providing hardware and software support for clients (via e-mail and phone, delivering an excellent customer service by following procedures and standards provided by the company. To be successful in this role you should have some experience in Customer Service role, previous experience in IT field would be an assets, but it’s not essential. If you are a fresh graduate with an excellent English skills, you are also more than welcome to apply! The candidate must be computer literate, exhibit a strong communicational and problem-solving skills, ready to work in a shift system.
