For one of our Clients - leading supplier of networking equipment and network management for the Internet, we are currently looking for:  

Process Analyst

Main duties and responsibilities:

In this role, Process Analyst will focus on identifying the changes to an organization that are required for it to achieve strategic renewal goals.

These changes include changes to policies, processes, and information systems.

The successful Candidate will be expected to work across any number of projects and programmes, for the whole emerging markets theater (120 Countries).

They will therefore apply their skills to a range of functional areas including Finance, Operation, Business Architecture, Sales and IT and will be able to quickly get to grips with underlying business processes.

Process Analyst ultimately goals will be:

• Reduce number of expired contracts overall
• Create solutions to help renewing low dollar contracts
• Complete projects on time
• Improve efficiency on tool and drive enhancement prioritisation
• Document the right requirements and all process.
• Support our outsource and forecasting model with strong processes

Requirements:

• Solid level of business analysis experience, minimum 2-3 years in IT industry or other, working on roles related to operations or project management.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Very good communication skills and team playing attitude
• Very good self-management and organisation skills
• Excellent English plus a second languages (Russia, Spanish, Polish, Arab, Turkish, Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, Portuguese, etc
