International Management Consulting Company with 25 years of experience, operating in USA, United Kingdom and Europe, quoted on Israeli stock exchange due to developing its operations in Poland is looking for a candidates to join polish team. Candidates will have an opportunity for a fast track career path.

Main responsibilities:
- maintain existing client relationships
- manage product delivery for existing customers on managerial level (managing the team of consultants)
- maintain and develop products

Wymagania

- 5-10 years of experience as a manager or consultant in one of the given sectors
- minimum 2 years of consulting experience
- large change management projects experience
- engineering/business education background, MBA degree will be an asset
- willing to travel
- team management skills
- lean and six sigma practice
- fluent English, other languages will be an asset
