Information Policy

1. By an acceptance of the provisions of the Terms of Use the Customer, being a natural person, agrees to processing of his personal data provided during Registration by Provider and InfoJobs on the terms set forth in Privacy Policy and in such scope, as it might be necessary for an appropriate fulfillment of obligations.
2. Personal data of the Customer are processed pursuant to and in compliance to the provisions of the act on protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, Pos. 883 with further amendments).
3. The following personal data will be processed by Provider:
• first name and surname;
• PESEL (Polish National Identification Number) and NIP (Polish Tax Identification Number)
• permanent address or address of residence;
• address for correspondence (if different from residence);
• email address,
• phone and mobile phone number;
• occupation,
• education;,
• working place,
• date of birth,
• knowledge of foreign languages,
• information provided in CV.

The list set forth above may be modified for specific services.

4. Depending on a type of offered Service, the Provider shall be entitled to collect and process only those personal data, which may occur to be necessary for an appropriate fulfillment of his obligations.
5. The Provider registers Customers IP addresses, as well as information about the beginning, termination and scope of Services. That information is stored in system logs.
6. The Provider shall have a right to process the personal data not required to an appropriate performance of Services only upon a prior Customer consent, expressed after the Provider has notified the type of data, purpose and scope of processing and the recipients of data to the Customer. Such a consent might be cancelled anytime.
7. The Customer shall have a right to inspect his own personal data, as well as to request an update of his personal data and to lodge a protest in a situations defined in the act on protection of personal data.
8. In order to personalize the Service and contents of the WebSite, infoPraca makes use of „cookies”.
9. Customer personal data might be used by the Provider and InfoJobs for marketing purposes, and in particular - for sending, publishing and receipt of commercial information from Provider or third parties by electronic means, exclusively upon a prior Customer consent to such processing.
