Job Description

Our client is a large international FMCG company with a well known brand of products. Due to their dynamic development and expansion in the CEE / EMEA region they are now consolidating their supply chain and distribution operation

MISSION
Reporting to Global Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring highest level of service and responsiveness to our markets regarding logistics
Contributing to overall business support and process improvements
Maintenance and developing the service quality in End to End process
Close contact with both line haul and pick & pack 3PL’s
Dealing with daily customer service claims about damages, pick & pack failures and late arrivals
Monitoring daily dispatches to markets
Daily global logistical activities.
Regular reports to department managers
Other duties as required

Required skills

REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements for this role include:

Degree level education in relevant area (economics, informatics)
Minimum 2 years experience in logistics provider side (preferably as a key account)
General Supply Chain background or experience is an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Self-propelled with the ability to drive activities independent – identifying and setting own priorities
Polish, Fluent English, other languages are additional asset
