Main tasks:

 

Required skills

Experience:

  • Expect major part of experience in IT, with emphasis on operational management
  • Experience of managing teams or service providers in resolution of incidents
  • Experience of international / global service provision
  • Most important is how much appropriate experience in an ITIL environment. Year experience in a similar role would be adequate, but if not so similar then more experience in IT generally would be needed


Foreign Languages: fluent English

Computer Skills
:

  • ITIL awareness
  • Sound understanding of Service Management


Other Requirements (additional courses or certificates):

  • Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential.


Personality preferences:

  • Good team and people management skills
  •  Good interpersonal and influencing skills, including when necessary skillfully assertive
