Job Description

·       Analyse and solve problems with customer projectand internal infrastructure servers.

·       Installation and designing Windows serversincluding, backup configuration, monitoring configuration, remote light outconfiguration documentation, installation of application.

·       Support for Sales/Presales – discuss and designprojects.

·       3rd Level Support for Datacenter projects

·       On-Call-Support

Required skills

·       MCSE or MCSA 2003 required, with proven experience.

·       VMWare certified an advantage.

·       Knowledge of SQL, ADS, AD, MPS, WSUS, RIS/WDSrequired. 

·       Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP routing protocols

·       Experience of working within large data centres,specialising in Microsoft Server products/solutions required.

·       Knowledge of Cisco ASA firewalls, switches/routersan advantage.

·       Understanding of Load balancers an advantage.

·       Knowledgeof the Linux operating systems and or Solaris desirable.
