Opis stanowiska
Responsibilities:
On this position you would be responsible for receiving inbound customers calls/ emails regarding tourist products, questions and issues. You will be expected to handle inquiries from customers, answer questions, solving problems and escalate issues when appropriate.
Your main duties could consist of:
- Taking incoming calls from French customers regarding their questions and/ or issues;
- Keeping email correspondence;
- Identifying clients’ problems/ needs and initiate effective solutions;
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through interactions via phone and email.
Wymagania
Required skills and experience:
- Fluency in French;
- Communicative in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to work successfully as part of a team;
- Experience in customer service, experience in hospitality industry will be an asset.
